Speaking of food porn, I couldn't resist posting this photo that reminds me that we are clinging to the last vestiges of summer: a Zucchini Fritter Salad with Yellow Tomato Vinaigrette. I love zucchini fritters, and presenting them in a "salad" would certainly make me feel less guilty about their being fried. But alas, the days of such summery produce will be a memory and we will be warming up our kitchens with the fruits and vegetables of autumn. I am even more intrigued because the photo comes from Well Fed, a food blog based out of Los Angeles that I did not come across until today!
