Before you get too excited, it's not really made with viagra. The gelato is really flavored with limoncello, which is a light, lemon-flavored liquor, and dyed blue. It is sold at the Amato Gelato Cafe or in Vancouver, BC, so if you're in the area and are looking for something novel, head over and give it a try.
