Similar to crepes, these Swedish pancakes (prepared and photographed by Sweetnicks) are thin and the perfect vehicle for butter and syrup or powdered sugar and lemon. I remember I had a friend in middle school who's mother always made these when I stayed overnight at their house. I'm longing for the taste of them even now.
