with a nozzle weren't already stretching the limits of what we call cheese, New Zealand-based dairy company Fonterra has recently released chocolate-flavored cheese slices in
markets in Asia. Essentially, the Chesdale chocolate cheese slices are individually wrapped squares, not unlike a Kraft
Single, but with "a mild chocolate flavour, matched to a light Cadbury flavour," according to a Fonterra
marketing director quoted in a New Zealand newspaper. Sales
of dairy have never been remarkably high in Asia, however Chesdale has captured 10 percent of the cheese market in
