Lemon-lime, orange, blue raspberry, cherry, fruit punch, and strawberry flavor gummi candies will refuel you with 120 mg. of electrolytes. What types of electrolytes or the amount per serving remain a mystery to me until I can find them on store shelves, and I wonder... how do they taste?
