A holiday, like Labor Day, calls for the same indulgent and relaxing breakfast that is normally reserved for Sunday brunch. Cinnamon rolls may not seem relaxing, since they require a fair amount of time in the kitchen, but the results are well worth it. The buttery snails are loaded with currants, raisins and brown sugar, and are finished with a simple vanilla powdered sugar icing that adds an extra bit of sweetness.
