It's time for football to start back up again, both college and pro. In celebration of the Chik-fil-A College Kickoff game, the company has a great freebie offer lined up for Labor Day.

On September 1st, go into any participating Chik-Fil-A wearing a sports team logo and they'll give you an order of their "new and improved" chicken strips. The logo can be from any level of football team, even the one your kid is on.

Recall issued for Oscar Mayer chicken breast strips

If you recently purchased Oscar Mayer ready-to-eat chicken breast strips with rib meat, there is a chance that they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, which can cause an uncommon but possibly fatal disease known as listeriosis. After scientists at the Georgia Deprtment of Agriculture found one package that was contaminated, Kraft Consumer Response announced that the recall affects all six ounce packages of 'Oscar Mayer/Louis Rich chicken breast strips with rib meat, grilled, fully cooked, ready to eat'.

The packages in question are marked with an establishment number of 'P-19676' and a 'Use by' date of 19 Apr 2007. The recall affects all such packages sold nationwide.
