Happy National Chicken Month!

National Chicken Month logoThere's this theory that chicken is "boring." I don't know where this came from. I happen to think it's a very versatile food, right up there with pasta as to the number of ways you can prepare it. In fact, if I were to keep track of everything I ate during the year, chicken would probably be at or near the top, right after chocolate and pizza.
