Despite the fact that there's a bit of a cupcake backlash going on there days, I still find them to be one of the most delightful treats around. My office has cupcake day once a month (in order to celebrate all the birthdays that transpired in the previous weeks) and it brings great joy to all who partake.
This particular cupcake looks delicious and, being sweetened with agave nectar, is far healthier than your standard baked good.
