Hempseed Oil from the River Cottage

Hugh FW and his River Cottage have produced their own Hempseed Oil. And currently have it on offer at buy one, get one free.

Hempseed oil is the hip ingedient at the moment. It is vivid green in colour, it has a deep, nutty flavour. Apparently Gill, Hugh's right hand man in the kitchen at the River Cottage restaurant, blends it with garlic, parsley and toasted hemp seeds to make a fabulous pesto. Hemp oil is a superfood too, packed with the essential fatty acids.

River Cottage hempseed oil is British grown, without the use of chemical fertilisers or pesticides. It's also cold-pressed and unrefined, so you get optimum flavour and maximum goodness. The cost is £8.99 per bottle. Available to order from the River Cottage Website.
