10 Weirdest Celebrity Food Commercials
Some celebrities are perfect for the food they promote -- Florence Henderson and Wesson Oil seemed made for each other like Popeye and spinach.
But not all stars are a natural match for the products they endorse. (Like that former Soviet premier who went on to do Pizza Hut ads?) Here are Slashfood's picks for the 10 Weirdest Celebrity Food Commercials of All Time.

Brad Pitt buying an Italian vineyard
Brad Pitt is planning on buying a vineyard in Italy; just outside Turin, which
is a short distance from his pal George Clooney's Lake Como hut.The Daily Telegraph claims the 42 year-old actor paid a secretive visit to three wine estates, all in the Barolo region, 35 miles south of Turin. The actor stayed at the Fontanafredda estate in Serralunga, once a royal domain and 35 miles south of Turin. He visited other producers in the area including Cascina Cucco and Poderi Aldo Conterno. All three estates produce quality Barolo and Dolcetto d'Alba.
"He seemed to be interested in buying," Monica Tavella from Fontanafredda told the Telegraph.
Pitt is not the first celebrity to eye an Italian vineyard. Simply Red singer Mick Hucknall owns an estate in Sicily and Chelsea boss Roman Abramovich recently visited Tuscany, also with an eye to acquiring an estate.

Chocolate and Brad Pitt - combined!
Somehow, we missed the 176-pound solid chocolate Brad Pitt that was put on display in a department store in
South Korea over Valentine's Day. According to Best Week Ever, the near
life-size model was a response to the North Korean dictator Kim Jong-il's commission of a 200-pound model of Leslie Nielsen made out of olives. The likeness of Brad does not
look exactly like him, but there is a resemblance and no doubt the effort was greatly appreciated by fans of the actor.
Brad Pitt sounds a lot more appetizing, generally speaking, but it seems safe to say that chocolate will win over more
people than a 200-pound pile of olives.
No word on what was done with the chocolate when the display was taken down. It didn't turn up on eBay, so it is safe to assume that it was either eaten or melted down and recast.

Serious bidders only: Brangelinadilla
"Could this silhouette that was burned onto my tortilla actually be the first image of Angelina Jolie, and Brad Pitts' baby??" Blares the eBay post. And it's at a whopping $6 so far. I got way more for a case of Lemon Zest Luna Bars (which I don't recommend, in case you were wondering). [via Daddy Types]
