You can't turn around these days without discovering some new, creative thing that someone has done with bacon. My favorite of late is the apple pie with bacon lattice that you see above. This was served at a private Thanksgiving celebration, but a two-person mini-pie version will be available at Lincoln Restaurant and Culinary Artistry in Portland, OR very soon.
