MY president, Mr. Obama has been disrespected by the Republicans more than any pres in history. NO ONE yelled at George Bush during a speech or on the senate floor. Dems have never stood on the balcony waving signs inciting people to act foolish and to "take their country back." Everything that got Obama elected is being held up by the Republicans. We finally have a president For the people BY the people, ( Majority Vote may I remind you), and not one self rightous, stuffed shirt, rich Republican will do their job and work with the pres. He has had to fight them all the way. Well, as far as the polls go..no one has asked ME! PEOPLE....come Nov, get out and vote like we did to elect our president! Stop listening to the rep babble and their Barbie DOLL spokesperson and don't let them tell us how to live any more.   Sep 15th 2009 9:59AM I will never eat another fish stick. Prefer to buy my fish fresh or frozen caught locally. If I had of had any idea our fish sticks were made in China, I would never have bought them in the first place. Melamine in dog food and candy...what the H*** do you think they might put in fish sticks?? No wonder our economy is shot and so many are unemployed, darn food isn't even made in this country any more. If all the other countries decided to stop selling to us, our country would collapse. That should scare the pants off all of you and we, as Americans, need to put our foot down and tell the politicos enough is enough for gods sake!

  Jul 26th 2009 10:24AM My youngest child is 33 yrs old. So, maybe I am old fashioned, BUT, my children never acted that way. I had four babies in 6 years and took them every where I went. They were well behaved children and they all knew fit throwing was not allowed, any where, at any time. The punishment for that was the same as for any other infraction, a good swat on the butt and sent to their room. They all grew up to be good, polite adults. I am proud of all my kids. Maybe someone needs to start disciplining their children. Kids today seem to be just growing up, not being raised and you can tell by the jails how that works out for them. I would much rather spank my child than see them on death row later in life
