And from their FB page, they say that they are looking at dropping password sync soon, since that's LastPass's function. And since it's now taking minutes (over 15 last time I watched) to sync anything when it DOES sync...

  Apr 4th 2011 9:25AM Hopefully up next thing up for them to shame is the web sites that eat ridiculous CPU for nothing. I'm looking at you Google and Gmail. With a Gmail tab open, I usually see my CPU at 24%. You might not think that's too bad, but this is a quad core, so it's basically running one core at 95+%! Close the Gmail tab, and the system flatlines at 2%. I didn't see this in the beta, and I'm running less addons (because I was suspecting them) than I was with the beta!

  Might be nice if they actually had an options button to get there, instead of relying on getting to the site and allowing you to change your options then.

  Feb 18th 2011 8:11PM I will definitely have to remember this. I had to help a friend who was dealing with an email attachment with a PAGES file. I simply unarchived them and sent the underlying PDFs back to them. There really wasn't much information out there on handling them when I used Filext to check the extension. Which as I read again, really has gone over the hill and is more about advertising services than actually giving any real help on what format extensions might be. Nothing on file-ext.com and wotsit.org either. Or it's been so long that Filext has gone from giving technical descriptions of extension.

  Feb 16th 2011 9:39PM Firefox 4.0 Beta. I could probably make it my default browser without any issues, actually. There's a couple of extensions that haven't been updated yet, but I've managed to deal without them.
