Gingery suggestions from Jaden's Steamy Kitchen (Slashfood)
Dec 3rd 2007 11:25AM I just peel it with a spoon and grate it with a microplane. Not sure what's so tricky.

Take a break from turkey with a big, green salad (Slashfood)
Nov 24th 2007 3:13PM Did you get permission to use that photo from flickr? If not, you should switch it up for something that is not (c) all rights reserved.

Attention men: walnuts might help you with ...you know (Slashfood)
Jun 4th 2007 6:32PM Just because something is based on a natural product that does NOT mean it's not a drug (or that it's safe for that matter).

A PSA to not drink and drive (Slashfood)

Travelocity names ten top destinations for foodies (Slashfood)
Mar 20th 2007 4:53PM Much too US-centric to be of any real interest. Many of the places listed really wouldn't measure up on the world stage. Las Vegas, for example, only copies a lot of others poorly and substitutes money for taste.

Russell Stover goes upscale (Slashfood)
Feb 13th 2007 6:13PM I will always think of "Russel Stover" as a drugstore chocolate brand, along with Pot of Gold and Whitmans.

What is your favorite Valentine's Day treat? (Slashfood)
Feb 13th 2007 6:06PM Cinnamon hearts and clove candies are my favourite, but I'd probably like any suitably heart-shaped candy if it was spicy.

More Jello nailed to the wall (Slashfood)
Feb 8th 2007 9:01AM You seem to be missing the point that this is motivated by testing the aphorism "you can't nail jello to a wall". Since it sounds silly and easy to test, I'm sure that's why people have picked it over less accessible ones like "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink."
