Aug 5th 2010 11:12AM This is exactly why one out of every three Americans are obese. Just eat more and make your pants bigger on the spot. Instead, why not try to get to an ideal waist size, have all the pants, skirts, etc. in your closet at that size, and when they're tight, cut back on the food and endure the discomfort until you're back where you want to be. DUH!!
