  Jan 20th 2011 2:02AM Most Challenging aspect of eating well is the media. There are two cooking/ food oriented channels, and other channels weighing in, too. I receive at least Five magazines every month that focus on, or totally devote themselves to Food. I could TRY to guess how many mailings I receive daily(!) 50 to 60?
  I admit that these are MY choices, and a lot of them are diet/ health oriented. On the flip, though, it's hard not to want all the sweeties.....
  
  My most Challenging problem is simply Self Control.

  May 5th 2010 10:37PM It's a knock-off of 'The Best Thing I Ever Ate' on the Food Network. They all end up being clannish to their own channel, but that's to be expected. I'm looking forward to 'The Cooking Channel' which won't be all competition all the time like FN. Keep Hungry.
