Fire in your Glass -- LeNell It All (Slashfood)
Jul 1st 2010 6:31PM When you take a piece of fresh orange peel and squeeze it over a lit match or lighter, the oils ignite causing a quick spark. This trick adds a nice orange oil float on the top of a cocktail and around the rim of your glass for a little added flavor. You can view an example here: http://www.smallscreennetwork.com/video/227/ssn_raising_the_bar_flamed_orange_zest_640x360/
