  Jun 24th 2011 3:20PM My mother (may she RIP) would have had a fit if anyone suggested I should wear make up at 10 years of age! When pigs fly! And not at 11, not at 12, not at 13 and not at 14. I think I finally put my foot down at 15 and got away with it. After that, I became a make up freak and spent a ridiculous amount of time applying it just perfectly. I don't think girls under 13 should wear it, but being overly strict can backfire big time.
