You can't be a foodie and not like... (Slashfood)

Apr 2nd 2006 9:36AM To me, a foodie is a person who has a zest for food, especially the preparing & experimenting side. I don't really eat that much, but enjoy the creative side of cooking. My problem is that I can't (as opposed to won't) eat "hot" food - things with hot chili peppers, etc. I love the flavor, but my tongue & mouth scream in pain! I also have never developed a taste for lamb. Wish I would, for there are so many great recipes out there for it.
