  Jan 5th 2012 10:54PM BNA is the worst bank ever. I got stuck with them after Countrywide sold off a lot of their mortgages. Get this one. I signed online with them to make a mortgage payment on 10/01/2011. It stated that my 10/01/2011 was past due even though it was due on 10/01/2011. Not only that, the year prior to that nonsense, they sent me a letter stating that they needed to know who my homeowners policy was with that I was paying on my own. It was with State Farm for about 20 years. That year the coverage cost was for 300 thousand cost me under a grand a year. They kept saying they never got the info that was even faxed over to them from my agents office twice. After that they changed their tune, stating that 300 grand coverage by State Farm was not enough coverage and placed a "lenders" policy on my home where BNA charged my escrow account another one grand on top of what I paid State Farm. Oh and get this, their "lenders" policy that they forced on me only covers the amount of the BNA home loan. Which by the way is only 130 grand to begin with. And here the home loan for 130 grand and my personal property was covered by State Farm up to 300 grand for only under a grand a year while BNA "lenders" policy does not cover personal property at all.

  Dec 6th 2011 9:21PM Nobody knows the address or name of the millionaire welfare cheat...Goggle map the lake front area...Hopefully you can get a birds eve view, street view of statellite...Narrow down the address by the street name on the map...Then do address check on internet or via the town it's in, or the county and maybe propertyshark...Search reverse address for names.

  Dec 1st 2011 5:41PM Why am I not surprized by the actions of BNA...Who failed to also secure and monitor this forclosued property...Well, on 10/01/2011, I signed online with BNA to make a monthly payment...It stated that my 10/0/12011 was "past due."...Now, how could my 10/01/2011 payment be past due when it actually was 10/01/2011...And this was early in day...No where near the 3pm business banking hours cutoff either.

  Nov 12th 2011 2:27AM What the banks and lenders used to do is have a company go to the home and board it up, secure it tightly for the time being and for what its worth...But it seems they have either cut back on their expenses or do not have the manpower to maybe cant get the job done since the forclosure rate is high...For example, I went to see a ranch home in Rock Hill NY that was "bank/REO." All they had was one of those dummy locks on the front door but meanhwhile the back door was unlocked...Missing from the home was the three oil/gas heating motors, the entire gas burning fireplace insert with a gapping hole left open on the side of the house which led the living room wood floor to warp and the central ac unit...Guess they thought no one would rob these things since the home was at the end of a very long private road and pretty much in the woods.

  Nov 11th 2011 2:50PM Why am I not surprized by this. Well, I used to work for the telephone company servicing the payphones in Nassau and Suffolk county. One day I had an residental area that had multiple outdoor payphones on it's corners for the poorer residents living there which was not far from Bay Shore. The one corner house was vacant and was secured with large pieces of wood, chains and locks on the windows and doors. After 2 days I had to go back to the same area and there was nothing left of that house but the studs and the roof.

  And they are also short-staffed and under trained in the forclosure departments...Even more so with all the laid offs the banks did in the past and will do...They can not keep up with the volume of forclourse resulting in massive fraud filings on the banks part.

  Jul 22nd 2011 7:52PM Oh, really...Compared to what....That whacked job Kelly Besimon who thinks she can out run a NYC cab when the light turns green...Or some Countess who lost her title aftera divorce that she was never entitled to...And Kelly Besimon was arrested for attacking her boyfriend and charged with assault and pleaded to a sentence...One thing is for sure that while Bethenny was on this show, she was never arrested at all or made an ass out of herself...And she is the one who out all of them all created items for others to enjoy without being just another spoiled rotten housewive who did not mistreat her friends and others in her comnpany.
