Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding with Butter Rum Sauce

One of Paula's viewers sent her this recipe, which, among other things, includes 2 dozen Krispy Kreme glazed donuts, 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk, a stick of butter, and one pound of confectioners' sugar.
