Some bicycle tourers stopping by for a taste. The Mid-Coast and Down East areas of Maine are fantastic to tour by bike during the summer and fall. Many main roads have extra wide shoulders or bike lanes and the state and national parks welcome the bike tourers and some have special paths for them.
