Just HOW poisonous are these? I've let a potato with a greenish-tinge go by while peeling a pot of mashed (not a whole potato though) and there didn't appear to be any ill effects. I found a whole tomato leaf in a can of stewed tomatoes once, I elected to throw that whole can away. I've heard it takes 50 appleseeds consumed at once to get enough cyanide to affect a person and a teaspoon of nutmeg to cause a hallucingenic affect. And self-found mushrooms are a given. I won't even eat those picked by a so-called expert. Many common foods are poisonour or toxic if eaten in certain quantities. Did you know that one herbal encyclopedia even suggests pregnant women watch their celery eating because in "large" [again no amount stated unfortunately] it can trigger an abortion. Please included quantities that are dangerour when you post thing like this. Please be specific.
