First there was the meat dress, and now the eggshell version of the sedan chair. What is it about Lady Gaga surrounding herself with edibles, or at least the iconic symbols of the things we eat? Gaga's entrance to the Grammy Awards last night led the editors at TheStir to posit that the Lady has serious food fetishes (or at least a case of serious food-related drama) going on.
