This article was enough of a shamelessly flagrant shill for this pointless book without putting plants in the comments section.

Number 20 says saturated fat, while number 18 just says fat. They're not the same thing.

11-15-2010 @9:30PM Paula said... Well folks, the good thing is that NONE OF THIS STUFF WILL KILL YOU if it's just a treat once in a while. If I wanted to eat "that" instead of "this" then I wouldn't bother going out to eat, and pay someone else to cook something that I didn't want

Words like "it won't kill you" is indicative of a fat, sloppy person with high blood pressure. Stop giving others bad advice. No one wants to end up looking or feeling like you. Perhaps a good therapist can help you with your food addiction and the affection deficit you apparently have and get from binge eating."
What is wrong with you, Bleu Lorax? There was nothing in Paula's comment that would lead a normal person to your conclusions -- "obese," "food addiction" -- and your put down: "no one wants to end up looking or feeling like you." Maybe you ought to look in your own mirror. Paula is exactly right -- there is nothing wrong with a treat every once in awhile.
11-16-2010 @4:17AM rochemat said... Hey Bleu Lorax, what kind of comment is that? How do you know ANYTHING about Paula to make such major assumptions and personal insults? Although I wouldn't eat any of the foods mentioned, Paula's right, one should treat oneself every now and then without the food Nazis telling you what to eat and what not to eat.
11-16-2010 @4:02PM Tammy said... Paula,
I agree with you something like that once in awhile isn't going to hurt you. Now for you Bleu Lorax, how dare you make a comment like that, you know nothing about this person and have no right to judge someone like that. I happen to have a few extra pounds on me but I am neither sloppy or addicted to food.

Could that be because comparitivly speaking it is a slightly healthier choice? "If they couldn't comment on how bad the fat and sodium were, they just ignored it.
11-16-2010 @11:43AM Messa said... It's a shame and Mother Nature's joke on us all that "Bad" food tastes so good and "Good" food tastes SO BAD !!! No one in the history of the world has ever looked over at someone and said "Ya know, I could really tear up some streamed broccoli right about now."

Breads, salad dressings, potato chips, pickels. You name it and it has some kind of chemical in it. Most foods anyway. How can something be kosher and have MSG in it? I seen that on my son's potato chips. It's unreal how the chemical companies own us and poisening us. Go ahead and look at those boxes & bags and look at how many ingredients are just 3 or 4 letters or big names you can't even pronounce.
