Food Fights and Pasta: The New York Times in 60 Seconds

8-25-2010 @3:04PM Greg said... The Times' piece on coffee-centric bars was published 2 years too late and completely missed the plot. It confused New York's latent discovery of laptop zombies -- something that have been a fixture for years in other coffee cultures -- for coffeeshops that want to cater to coffee's equivalent of the street food experience so popular now.
