Got a craving for french fries? In Australia, there's a vending machine for that -- Hot Fresh Fries.
The Maine Lobster Game vending machine mixes tasty crustaceans with carnival game, letting "players" catch their own lobsters in a tank. For $3 you get 15 seconds to try and grab a lobster that you can either have cooked up in the restaurant or take to go.
In both California and Japan you can get fresh eggs from a vending machine, Travel + Leisure reported.
In the beer-loving Czech Republic local brew Pilsner Urquell developed a vending machine that scans your ID (or your U.S. passport) before dolling out a cold can of pilsner.
For those trying to keep kosher, a New York company makes vending machines -- called Hot Nosh 24/6 -- that can create hot kosher meals in 90 seconds including vegetable cutlets, kosher mozzarella sticks, cheese pizza and onion rings.
And for the truly adventurous, PA Live Bait Vending sells night crawlers by the dozen, crayfish, leeches and live minnows in addition to chilled soft drinks.

I'm from PA and I've used the Live Bait machines early in the morning when we went fishing. Very convenient!
