Every year, chefs, food and beverage professionals, journalists, food authors, and restaurant architects and designers gather to attend "the Oscars of the food world," the James Beard Foundation Awards. This year's ceremony took place on May 2 and May 3 at Lincoln Center's Avery Fisher Hall. 5-10-2010 @9:56PM AE said... There is no 'N' in 'RESTAURATEUR'! I would think that people who write about food and the restaurant business for a living would not make such a mistake... The error's not even in the source - someone actually 'corrected' it to include the 'N', for crying out loud.
