I have traveled the United States from west coast to east coast, Chicago to Miami and I will tell you that the BEST donuts, donut holes, cream, jelly, lemon etc donuts are found in a small town in Alabama. The city of Gadsden, Alabama is home to Cothran's Bakery. Since 1962 it has served the BEST donuts I have ever tasted. They still use the dough table that was with the business in 1962. They still use the same donut rolling and cutting equipment that was with the donut shop in 1962. A small business that makes upwards of 200 dozen regular and filled donuts all hand rolled, hand fried, hand filled. The BEST in the United States.

It comes as no surprise that cardiovascular disease is the # 1 killer and Cancer is the #2 killer.
Guess what the number 3 killer is?
Medical error
Guess what the #4 killer is?
Prescription drugs
Scary isn’t it?

You need to take charge of your health. Don’t wait until it is too late.
Below are two of the best articles I have read on diet and nutrition

If you think fish oil is really good for you, you are in for a surprise!

Warning: this tells you the truth that the people making tons of money selling fish and fish oil capsule don’t want you to know.

The same guy did this on weight loss. This is a must see if you are now or have ever struggled with weight.

We never eat them for breakfast, but have been known to hit Krispy Kreme at 2 am for late night munchies. Lots of things in life aren't good for you, but life is for living, so enjoy them occassionally.

They absolutely melt in your mouth. Located on main street, on the south east side of the street, southern end. ENJOY!
