Make use of your stale bread and create croutons catered to your personal preferences with the use of this easy blueprint. The bread and butter of this creation are, in this case, bread and olive oil -- but everything else is adjustable to your personal preferences. Follow your inclinations in terms of determining your preferred seasoning.

Ingredients
2 cups dried French or other bread, cut into cubes
3 tablespoons virgin olive oil
2 large garlic cloves
Pinch of salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon seasoning/herbs (ex: herbes de provence)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until cubes are coated evenly. Spread onto baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F until golden, about 10 minutes.
