To start, melt 20 ounces (about 5 standard chocolate bars) of white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until completely smooth. Next, combine 1/2 cup pumpkin purée or pumpkin butter with the melted white chocolate and pour the mixture (spreading it out evenly) onto a baking sheet that's been lined with parchment paper. Put it in the refrigerator to set until firm -- about 45 minutes. Once set, remove from the baking sheet and break the bark into bite-size pieces.
