Thanksgiving Recipes - Prosecco Cocktail Ideas

Prosecco is a celebratory and affordable sparkling white wine sure to jump-start the Thanksgiving festivities. In this sweet sparkling recipe from "Mix Shake Stir," prosecco tops peach liqueur for an elegant sip.

Pointillist Pêche
Provided by Danny Meyer's New York City Restaurants

1/2 oz. crème de pêche, preferably Massenez
3-5 oz. Prosecco Brut, chilled

Pour the crème de pêche into a chilled flute. Top with the Prosecco and serve.
