Alton Brown's Easy English Muffins - Tip of the Day
Admittedly, bread baking can be a huge hassle for the average home cook, but with Alton Brown's Easy English Muffins, it's fairly easy -- and, quite possibly, tastier. We could explain the process to you, but that's not nearly as fun as showing you. Zoom through the video above until Alton wraps up the blueberry muffins and gears up for the English ones.
Yes, there's more effort involved, but is throwing on shoes and a coat, journeying to the store, battling shoppers, finding the muffins, waiting at the checkout, and traveling home so much easier than just staying in your pajamas and doing a little mixing, scooping and frying? We think not.
Because really, what's better than fresh-off-the-griddle nooks and crannies?
