1Some clarification for the picture might be helpful for people who don't know that what the article title is referring to is Gourmet magazine closing, and that the reason the person twittering got a free sandwich is because she was the editor-in-chief of said magazine.
Otherwise, the picture is just confusing, because then it seems like a random sandwich place at Newark airport is giving away free sandwiches to people and is sorry to that person also for some reason.
