9-21-2009 @11:53AM Harlan said... This nectarine cake recipe is *great*! We've made it 4 times since that issue of Gourmet came out! The best addition is a sauce made of blackberries, cooked down and mashed with sugar and a bit of vanilla, and strained through a fine sieve. Whipped cream is good too.
