Chef at Home's Fast & Furious Salsa - Tip of the Day

When you're pressed for time, a food processor is the key to flavorful homemade salsa in a flash.

While the best salsas usually boast hand-cut fresh ingredients that come together in savory bite-size chunks, there's a time-saving way to make fresh salsa for your chips -- just grab a food processor. This idea comes from Chef at Home's Michael Smith, who simply takes all of the ingredients, throws them into a food processor whole and purees the heck out of them. There's no seeding or chopping here! You can follow his recipe, or use your own favorite flavors, like mixing in fresh corn kernels after whirring up that lush, red chip dip.

When a fresh salsa is this easy, how could you ever buy the jarred stuff again?
