Marinate your meat only to find out the flavor is uneven after you grill?

When making a
marinade use a blender or whisk to emulsify the oil and acid to ensure proper flavor. If the ingredients are not well blended, patches of oil and acid will coat the food, resulting in uneven flavor.
Try olive oil, lemon juice, fresh herbs and garlic for simple, spectacular flavors.
