Slice into that juicy steak only to see all the delicious juices come pouring out?
A tip from Slashfood's summer grilling blogger, Gena Knox:
Always let meats and seafood rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
Allowing meat to rest gives the juices a chance to redistribute into the meat to help retain the meat's moisture when slicing. Cut that steak too quickly after pulling it off the grill and you'll lose all that juicy flavor to your plate or cutting board.
