Freeze Small - Tip of the Day

Large Tupperware might be handy, but it's not the best when freezing for later.

It's all too easy to grab a few large plastic containers, fill them with leftover food and freeze them. But while that saves a little bit of time in the beginning, it just makes more of a hassle later on. Unless you always cook for two or more, be sure to freeze leftovers in small portions.

It's just like cooking -- you can always add to it, but it's so much harder to take away.
