8-03-2009 @1:29PM Pyrofish said... Perhaps he isn't beer-enlightened yet. You need to develop a pallet for good beer. Just jumping into it rarely works. It took me a year to work up to enjoying an Sierra Nevada. The first time I had one, I didn't like it. I was still on a blue Moon kick. Now Sierra's IPA is one of my go-to beers.
