Pull your meat off the grill and foil it only to discover it's overcooked?

A tip from Slashfood's summer grilling expert Gena Knox:
When allowing meats to rest after cooking,
loosely tent with foil.
By tightly wrapping foil around the meat, you insulate it too well. It will cause the meat to continue cooking, quickly turning medium rare into well done.
