Free Chick-fil-A for Customers in Cow Costumes

Don't do a double take Friday if you happen to see some customers at Chick-fil-A dressed as bovines. They're just celebrating the chain's fifth annual Cow Appreciation Day.

Any customer who shows up to the restaurant on July 10 dressed in full cow regalia -- that means dressed from head to hoof -- will get a free combo meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner). Those who come with just a piece of cow clothing (T-shirt, bandanna, purse, etc.) will get a free entree.

Seems like a lot of commitment for free food. Would you do it?

7-08-2009 @7:44PM Paul T said... Even if this catch did not exist, there still would be a catch because you would have to wait in line for an awfully long time to get the free sandwich. If you have to wait 45 minutes for a free sandwich, you end up losing utility (economic term) because if you get paid 8 dollars an hour to work at your job normally then you are essentially "paying 4 dollars" for a free sandwich since you don't want to wait in line any more than you want to work.
