Vegetable and olive oils are all most cooks need to whip up a great meal, but sometimes it's nice to splurge on a little extra flavor.

There's a whole world of oils that extends well beyond the canolas, extra virgins and sunflowers. They may not be necessary for your pantry, but they are a great way to add new flavors to old mixes. Try these out for size:
  • Coffee Oil -- Olive oil mixed with that rich brew flavor can perk up everything from ice cream to couscous.
  • Garlic Oil -- Do we need to discuss all the tasty ways one could use garlic oil? Salads, garlic bread, you name it!
  • Wasabi Oil -- If you love the taste but have a hard time mixing wasabi into other dishes, this oil will surely make incorporating it a whole lot easier.
  • Chipotle Oil -- In a different spicy realm, chipotle oil can add depth to any Latin dish.
  • Blood Orange Oil -- If fruity flavor is more appealing, imagine a great blood orange marinade or light dressing.
