Reusing Fruit Skins - Tip of the Day

We all try to do our part for the environment, but before you toss those fruit skins in the green bin, there's one last thing they can be used for: dessert bowls!

We've all seen sweet salads in hollowed watermelons, but that's only the tip of the fruit bowl universe. Lemons, limes, oranges, grapefruit, pineapple, melon -- any fruit that has a tough skin can be used to make a gorgeous dessert bowl for your summer treat. Here are some of our favorite incarnations:
