Mojitos Get Wild with Chocolate Mint - Tip of the Day

Love chocolate and mojitos? The two can come together for a delicious summer drink.

Some home mixologists add syrup or chocolate to their mojitos -- some cocoa fiends can't resist. But if a subtler twist sounds better, look no further than the herb itself; simply substitute in chocolate mint. The flavor difference mild, but add a sprig on top and you'll have a lovely and distinct scent to balance the thirst-quenching rum and soda.

Some farmers markets sell chocolate mint, but if you can't find it cut, buy the plant. They're easy to care for, are a great addition to the kitchen and give off the most mouth watering aroma.
