Grilled Citrus - Tip of the Day

You can cook just about anything on an open flame, but have you ever grilled citrus?

A tip from Slashfood's summer grilling expert Gena Knox:


By placing citrus halves directly on the grill you bring out the natural sugars in the fruit. Serve the wedges with your favorite grilled meats and seafood for a sweet boost of flavor.
