It's great to be able to get a large bundle of herbs for a buck -- but how do you use them all, especially when a little goes a long way? Here are some ideas to get you started, and please chime in with your own favorite herb-laden recipes!
  • Pesto! Did you know that it works with a myriad of herbs besides basil? Like cilantro, dill and parsley?
  • Dill: A tablespoon here or there is great, but there are lots of recipes that call for the whole bunch, like Dal with Spinach and Dill.
  • Cilantro: Salsa, salsa and more salsa!
  • Thyme: Those sprigs are perfect for roasting, so throw them into some Root Veggies. Or better yet, cool off with Honey and Thyme Ice Cream with Candied Thyme.
  • Mint: Mint Julep Iced Tea, naturally!
So what's your favorite herb-heavy concoction?
