Y'all have been flipping for blogger Monika's candymaking, and we can't say you blame you. Lemon truffles? Handcrafted chocolate bunnies? Homemade Peeps? Awesome (and there are more en route).
To send you off today with a sweet farewell, check out our comrades in sugary arms at Serious Eats. Blogger Grace Kang's all-Peeps week includes these genius homemade S'Meeps (S'Mores + Peeps), which she calls "the Brangelina of the Peeps world."
One look gave us flashbacks to the junior high friend who could not bear to eat her Easter basket Peeps due to their cuteness. She kept them -- no joke -- in her sock drawer year after year. We peered in on them in horror at slumber parties. Rows and rows of Peeps stared back at us, jewel-hued mummies frozen for all eternity. Said friend would certainly decry the savagery of the S'Meep.
