The results: me (not a huge mango fan) *loved* it! The cauliflower in particular was amazing. My husband, a mango fan, thought it was ok. My girls, 2 and 3 years old, ate a lot of rice with cheese sauce and a lot of cauliflower. In our house, this is a victory, and we'll be eating it again!
